AI POLICY

Our Position

AI is a tool or infrastructure not authority.

Every AI system SPeXecute builds or uses exists to make human decisions faster, sharper, and more consistent. The human making the decision retains full responsibility for it. Always.

This policy sets out how we develop and deploy AI, what standards we hold ourselves to, and what you can expect when you engage with us.

How We Use AI

We use AI in three contexts.
In the services we deliver to clients, AI is used to process information, surface ranked outputs, automate predictable work, and generate structured assessments. Every system we deploy includes a defined human review layer. Consequential decisions are never made autonomously.
In our diagnostic service, AI analyses the information you submit and generates a structured output. That output is reviewed before it reaches you. It is analytical in nature and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or regulated advice.
Internally, we use AI for research, drafting, and analysis. No AI-generated output is used in client-facing work without human review and validation.

What Our AI Systems Do Not Do

Our AI systems do not make final decisions. They do not operate without human oversight. They do not produce outputs that are presented as human-authored without disclosure. They do not guarantee outcomes of any kind.
Every output is an analytical input to a human decision. Not a substitute for one.

Human Oversight

Every system we build includes a defined point at which a human reviews AI output and determines the next action. We do not deploy fully autonomous systems that make consequential decisions without a person in the loop. This is not a regulatory concession. It is how we design.

Fairness and Non-Discrimination

We do not build AI systems designed to discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, age, nationality, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.

Where system configuration could produce outcomes inconsistent with fairness principles, we identify and address this before deployment. Clients are informed of any criteria that may carry discriminatory risk.

Transparency

Where AI has been used to generate, score, or assess something that informs a decision, we disclose it. AI-generated outputs are identified as such. We do not present automated outputs as human judgment.

The Models We Use

We work with AI models from Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI. Each is used within its provider’s published usage policies, for the specific purpose it is best suited to, and in compliance with applicable data protection requirements.
We do not use these models to generate content designed to deceive, manipulate, or cause harm to any individual or organisation.

Regulatory Compliance

We align our AI practices with the following frameworks and hold ourselves to their principles across all markets we operate in:

EU AI Act (2024) Our systems are designed as human decision-support tools. We do not operate systems in high-risk categories as defined by the EU AI Act without appropriate conformity measures in place.

India Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 Personal data processed by our AI systems is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act 2023. Data subjects retain all rights described in our Privacy Policy.

US AI Bill of Rights Blueprint (2022) We align with all five principles — safe and effective systems, protection from algorithmic discrimination, data privacy, notice and explanation of AI use, and the availability of human alternatives to automated decisions.

Limitation of Liability

AI systems produce probabilistic outputs. They are not infallible. Assessments, recommendations, and automated outputs produced by our systems are analytical inputs to human decision-making.

SPeXecute and Dev Tripathy AI Systems are not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI outputs we produce. The decision-maker retains full responsibility for decisions they make using our outputs.

For client engagements, liability is governed by the Master Service Agreement in place between Dev Tripathy AI Systems and the client.

Raising a Concern

If you believe a system we have built or deployed has produced an output that is harmful, discriminatory, or materially incorrect, contact us immediately.
